Items in shopping cart are not removed from the store inventory until the cart is pending payment. It is possible for someone to purchase somthing from your cart if they pay first

This website online store (hereafter referred to as the "site") is operated by Sunset Auction & Sales for and on the behalf of itself and it's respective buyer's and consignors.   We are located in the city of Lynnwood, Washington USA.  We are Bonded and licensed in the State Of Washington.

YOUR ACCESS TO THIS SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify this site without notice. You are responsible for setting up your  access to this site. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing the site through your Internet devices and/or connections are aware of these terms and that they comply with them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID, password and any other piece of information as part of this site's security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party. You are responsible for any transactions attempted or completed by any third party where you have disclosed such information.

YOUR STATUS
This site is not intended to be used by minors.  It may on occasion contain material which may be inappropriate for minors to view (e.g. nudity in a painting) or items which may be harmful in the hands of children. Parents/guardians will be responsible for children using their computer to view such material and must control their children's access to the internet accordingly. By  buying items through this site you warrant that: you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

NATURE AND CONDITION OF ITEMS OFFERED ON THIS SITE
A majority of items offered on this site are used or antiques.  There may be age related conditions flaws or defects which are common on such items.  Though we attempt to describe any damage, some condition variables are commonly understood to exist on old items. 

SHOPPING CART ITEMS
Items left abandoned in your shopping cart will be removed after a reasonable amount of time has past as determined by the site manager. We will not be responsible for internet delays or errors.

PAYMENTS
This site currently uses stripe as it's payment gateway.  You may make payments with your credit or debit card as a guest user.  You may make purchases as a guest or as a registered user.  Registration allows for fast check out but is not required.
